KIM VINCENT

MVVC 14-1 Head Coach

I grew up in the Bay Area and played club forthree years with City Beach Volleyball Club.  I earnedAll-American honors at the 1999 Junior Olympics in the Girls 16's OpenDivision.  I graduated from UC Davis is 2009 with a MS in Molecular,Cellular, and Integrative Physiology. While attending UCD, I played four yearsof volleyball for the Aggies and helped transition the team from the NCAADivision II CCAA conference to the Division I Big West conference.

This is my third season coaching with MVVC andI believe volleyball builds discipline, character, confidence, and ahealthy competitive drive.  In my previous three seasons with MVVC, Iassisted our 14-1s, 16-2s as well as the 17-1s teams.  Iassisted Monta Vista High School boys JV during their 2010 season (22-2 overallrecord).  I also coach girls at City Beach Volleyball Cluband was the freshman co-head coach with Presentation High School.  I amIMPACT certified through USA Volleyball.  Our coaching staff isamazing to work with and I am looking forward to another exciting seasonwith MVVC.
