MVVC shines in southern California Boy’s Classic!!! In the second largest national tournament of the year, the Mountain View Volleyball Club made a strong showing by winning two flights and taking overall 3rd and 2nd in the 15’s and 17’s divisions respectively. In addition, 6 out of 8 teams earned wins in bracket play on the last day of the tournament proving that they are willing to work hard from start to finish.
The club has now taken home 5 medals this year and looks forward to competing in the Junior Nationals next week in Minneapolis.
MVVC would like to thank Kim Oden, 2 x Olympic captain, for her leadership workshop. Kim, who has been honored as one of the most positive influences in the volleyball community, met with all 8 MVVC teams to share her views on leadership and teamwork. During the workshop, MVVC coaches met with their teams to discuss how each player can contribute to a team and what it means to be a good teammate. At MVVC, we strongly believe that being part of a team is an important journey in a young persons life. We look forward to working with Kim in the future.

Mountain View Volleyball Club
Team sports are often vital to the development of a young person. We believe that by putting kids in a positive and competitive environment, where goals are discussed and achieved, that they can learn values that will help them in life.
The Mountain View Volleyball Club is a Boys Club Program for ages 12 to 18. Mike Rubin and Brian Wahl started this club program because they feel there was a shortage of quality club teams in the bay area. We also understand the high costs on playing club and we are dedicated in providing an excellent club program for a more affordable price.
We promote a positive, hard working, team building environment for all boys regardless of what school they attend. Each player will have the opportunity to play at a competitive high level of volleyball. We are committed to our athletes to provide a program that exemplifies the utmost character, respect, and competitive spirit on and off the court.
