2019 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
Congratulations to our 18 Red for winning the 18-Open Junior National Championship
Thank you for your interest in Mountain View Volleyball Club. We offer a high performance volleyball program that is dedicated to providing a positive, competitive environment. Our goal is to provide a rewarding opportunity for our young players to learn self-discipline, team work, motivation, perseverance, and work ethic. It's our belief that these qualities will benefit our players throughout their lives.
Boys Power League Club Program:
Come join one of the top volleyball clubs in the nation. Since opening, MVVC has garnered fifteen medals at the Junior National Championships. MVVC has sent over fifty players to play collegiately and two alumni have competed for USA Volleyball in International competition. MVVC’s coaching staff is the most knowledgeable in the area with an average of 10 years of experience.
We are proud to have a dedicated facility with state-of-the-art equipment and TaraFlex™ flooring. TaraFlex is the same material used at the National level training center. The flooring material has a 30% shock absorption to further protect our athletes from short and long term injuries, and a performance which more closely mimics collegiate hard wood surfaces.
This is the most competitive level of club volleyball where teams are committed for the year. The season runs from August to January, with a four month break during the boys high school season, and then it starts up again with the same teams, and runs from mid-May through the first week of July. Again, the commitment is for the full year, August to mid-January and mid-May to the 1st week of July. This program welcomes all levels of players, beginners thru experienced.
In addition, our coaching staff is the best in Northern California. MVVC has over 50 years of Collegiate and National level coaching experience on our staff, an average of 9 years of experience per coach, and four dedicated development coaches.
MVVC has a dedicated training facility where we provide our teams with position specific, skills clinics each week. These clinics are run by MVVC's experienced coaching staff including three current collegiate coaches.
All players will have an opportunity to join Volleyball Strength Conditioning Classes. These on-site classes are led by our staff trainer. Come have fun and be a part of our great community and program here at MVVC! We look forward to seeing you at our tryouts!
