MVVC is excited to run our 14th year of the Boys Youth League! This program promotes the basic fundamentals, skill development and proper tactics of volleyball.  

 

This developmental program is designed for 4th through 8th grade boys at all experience levels to prepare them to transition into our Boys Power program. Youth League is for players who are not yet ready to make the year-long commitment to our Boys Power program, who are new to volleyball, or have other commitments. 

 

The program begins in late August and runs through the end of November. The season begins with a series of pre-tryout clinics where players can improve their skills and will be evaluated for placement on a Youth League team. Coaches will extend offers to players to join teams after Placement Day on Sunday, September 8th.  

 

Registrants are encouraged to attend ALL pre-tryout clinics and the Placement Day, so coaches can adequately assess their potential.

 

The Boys Youth teams will have two to  three practices a week (2 indoor and 1 at our Sand facility) and participate in four (4) WCVBA tournaments.

Placement Cost:           

$60 includes 2 Placement Clinics and Placement Day

Additional fees will be required if your player accepts a placement on a team.

- Please bring water, knee pads, shoes, and athletic wear.
