MVVC Boys Players and Parents College Recruiting Night

MVVC will be hosting a recruiting presentation for those interested in volleyball at the next level.

Speakers: Jonah Carson (MVVC Boys Club Director, 10 years Collegiate Experience)

Date/Time: October 18th from 7:30-8:30 pm.

Coach Carson is the MVVC Boys Club Director and Recruiting Coordinator with 10 years of collegiate coaching experience, he is currently the head coach of the USA Volleyball Men’s Junior National team.

This presentation will help to answer many of the common recruiting questions such as:

  • What are the NCAA recruiting rules and regulations for players, parents and collegiate coaches?

  • When do I _______? Understanding the recruiting timeline, from introductory letter to campus visits and choosing a school.

  • How do I communicate with schools? How to marketing yourself in your introductory letter and your videos.

  • What schools should you contact? Determining your options and choosing a school.

 

Attendees are encourage to bring materials for note-taking and questions.
