College Athlete Summer Performance Program

College Athlete Performance Program designed for current and returning athletes to prepare for their upcoming school year. We will focus on higher intensity strength and conditioning methods that will include Plyometrics, Olympic Weight lifting variations and lower and upper body strength.  Prehab exercises will also be included to help reduce the chances of injury.  

60 Minute sessions.


Open to all college volleyball athletes (both incoming college freshman and returning players back for the summer). 


Gateway Neighborhood Center (MVVC Home Facility)


Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from June 5 to August 16. 

All times are 4-5pm.




*Includes 32 training sessions for the price of 20. 

*This is strength and conditioning methods that include plyometrics with experienced collegiate level trainer, Davidson Wong.

*Open court volleyball scrimmage for about an hour after some of the workouts.
